Green is The New Black

The new word in fashion is "sustainability", and designers around the world have taken advantage of this green movement. Not only is sustainable fashion cheaper to make, but it also helps save our planet!

The movement has proven successful and provided thousands of children around the world with shoes while giving the customers a good quality, stylish shoe.

Shazia Saleem, a personal favorite of mine, has proven that green can be gorgeous. Her garments are hand-woven, sexy designs that are both classic and edgy. Saleem was titled Designer of the Year by Asian Woman Magazine in 2008.
